Wash the fish head in running water and remove the gills. Cut the fish head into 2 parts. Pour some coconut oil or mustard oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds in hot oil. Cut green chillies in half and put in hot oil. Now pour fine chopped onions and little amount of salt in the pan. Now put ginger garlic paste and saute the onions till it change the color to brown. Mix coriander powder ,jeera powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and salt in small bowl . Now put mixed powder in onions and cook masalas very wel. after 3-4 min pour some( 250 ml )water in it and bring it to boil. Now pour the cream in it . Add the head and cover it with lid. cook it in low flame .Check the consistency .It should be silky and thin (not much thin) gravy . Add coriander leaves at last.
