Then dip each cultet in a egg white mixture and roll it on the bread crumbs. In a pan heat the Oil and deep fry all the cutlets till the Golden brown in colour. I learnt this recipe when I was doing my college in chennai. When we were doing our internship (veterinary) my keralite friend her name is also Geetha taught me this wonderful recipe. It#39;s been more than 10 years now. Why I#39;m calling this as my signature recipe, I made this cutlet for my husband#39;s previous office potluck lunch almost 6 years before. Recently we met his old collegue in the mall and he immediately told me that he would never forget my Fish cutlet and it was so yummy and he still remembers the taste.You know ,I was on cloud nine when I heard that.
