This is a Andhra non- veg curry, with delicious taste easyto prepare and made with salmon fish, egg with flavor of ajinomoto.
- Clean the Salmon fish pieces, season it with salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli sauce, ajinomoto then mix them well i.e. marinate for half an hour.
- Then add egg, corn flour, all purpose flour, red & orange food colour and mix all of them.
- Now saute them in oil till the colour changes to dark red.
- In another pan, take some oil, add green chillies, curry leaves, some red chilli powder, one cup of curd, salmon fish with gravy mixture.
- Now add some water to cook, then switch off the flame when it becomes thick.
