Hi Sanjay, You are a wonderful cook! Thank you so much for all your recipes. I tried few of them and they came out very well. Thank you. With warm reagards, deeptiMethod: Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain and blend in a blender bowl. Puree the onion, parsely, cilantro and garlic along with 2tbs of the pureed chickpea. Add this to the other chickpea puree and mix well. Then add bread crumbs, cumin powder salt and pepper. Keep this mixture in the fridge for few hours to set. Just before frying, add baking powder and mix well. then make the mixture into balls, flatten into patties and fry in medium heat till golden brown in colour. You can also make falafel sandwich. Stuff a medium sized khubuz with two falafel(slightly crushed), few french fries and fresh salad of your choice.
