A delicious fried chickpea ball, it is an Egyptian classic. It is served with peta bread, and lettuce and tomato. Boil water with chickpeas until very soft. Drain the excess water and put chickpeas in a bole. Put garam masala pdr.,garlic paste,salt amp; black pepper, and flour in the bole. Mash into a dry dough make into small bite-sized balls.
