An excellent choice for those who love spicy snacks! Special corner for egg lovers!1. Cut horizontally the boiled eggs into length halves and set aside the yolk (take the yolk out carefully). 2. Peel and mash the boiled eggs and keep separately. 3. Prepare medium loose batter by mixing the flour available (preferrably gram flour) with water and little salt. Keep aside. 4. Pour 2 tsp of oil into hot pan and add the chopped onion and chillies into it. 5. When the onion turns golden brown, add pepper powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste to it. 6. Add salt to taste 7. Add egg yolk and crush it. 8. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well. Now add coriander leaves (now fillet is ready). 9. Fill it in between the cut eggs (fill in the portion from which you took the yolk out). 10. Dip the egg fillet in the batter and fry in oil. 11.
