1.boil the eggs remove the shell. 2.now cut the eggs length wise so that each part of the egg gets the yellow equally.(hint: dont cut the eggs into half cut them into length wise so that ull get the yellow equally shared to both parts and when u remove the yellow from that part the hollow shape should be left over.we will again fill the stuff in this hollow shape.) 3.now remove all the yellow part of the eggs and keep the white parts nicely aside. 4.take the yellow part into a bowl to this add onion pices finely chopped,green chillies finely chopped,coriander leaves finely chopped,garam masala powder,red chillie powder only little.,salt to taste,lemon juice . 5.now take this yellow mixture and make 12 balls. 6.fill each ball into the hollow shape of each egg white part which were kept aside before 7.now all the 12 pieces of egg white are ready(if u see the shape again u can notice that full egg is formed filling should be like that) 8. now take one by one dip them in the egg whites( can also dip them in besan as we make for bajjis) and deep fry them in oil and serve them in a plate.
