Italian dessert with very simple steps. This is totally eggless and for those egg allergic or egg haters, is the ideal home made Italian veg. dessert !
- Dissolve instant coffeein 1 cup of water and keep aside.
- Beat up the cream cheese till soft and creamy. add the cool whipped topping to it and incorporate well.
- Add a few drops of vanilla essence to the mixture and blend well. Add a few spoons of milk if needed to get the consistency of idli batter.
- Extra sugar is optional. Keep aside.
- In a small square cake pan dip each of the sponge lady's finger in the instant coffee and arrange them lengthwise in the pan.
- Make sure the lady fingers are just dipped in and are not too wet or soggy.After the first layer is arranged, spoon the whipped mix over the first layer and spread it evenly.
- Then repeat the lady's finger into another layer on top of the mix. This way keep alternating layers till about 3-4 layes of sponge cake are done.
- Finish with the whipped cream mix on top. Spread it evenly to form a smooth top surface.
- Dust on the top surface with powdered cocoa powder. Allow to chill in fridge for 2 hours. Serve. Your eggless Tiramisu is ready. No one will know the difference.
