Description

a easy, tasty ,fast cooking recipe which dosent require any curryfirst soak the rice in a rice cooker bowl for 1 hour. add salt and corrainder leaves to the rice. wash the carrots ,peel them and grate them finely.keep aside. now take a pan ....when it is hot add oil ( or butter)........add all the dry masalas(shahi jeera, cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,bayleaf,maize) once they r fried a bit add onions,green chilllies, curry leaves......and fry them....... fry the onion till the rawness goew away..........dont make them brown.. now add turmeric powder, corriander powder, chilli powder and roasted methi jeera powder......mix it....... add the grated carrot and fry it till it oozzes out oil, in a slow flame for abt 3-4 mins. now add the above mixture to the rice and mix well .................... switch on the rice cooker and let the rice get cooked................. once the rice gets done granish it will fried cashewnuts........this dish goes well with boiled eggs...... try this dish ............its really fast to cook when u r out of vegtables.............
