- Soak matki in water for overnight
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, onions, salt and saute it.
- Add matki, turmeric powder, red chili powder, water and place lid and pressure cook for 5-6 whistle on slow flame.
- Remove lid and add tomato, green chillies and cook for 7-8 minutes on slow flame.
- Add butter and mix nicely, add kasuri methi powder and cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Atlast add coriander leaves and mix nicely.
