This salad is really a stress buster it is sooo easy to make. It taste so rich but is very simple to make that anybody, even the person who hates to cook will want to make it and have it!!!1. Put curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for few hrs or overnight. 2. When all the water is out from the curd, put the curd in a bowl and add all the vegetables and mix nicely. 3. Then add the mayo and salt and pepper. You can also add coriander if you like herbs. 4. You can add vegetable in any quantity you like. 5. Put it in the fridge for atleast 1-2 hrs until it is cooled. 6.
