- Cut the idlis into 4 pieces (use the leftover idlis or keep the fresh idlis in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it will become hard).
- In a wok add 2 tablespoons oil and heat it,then add ginger-garlic paste.
- Cook it for some more time.Add onion, green capsicum and green chillies(cut into long slices).Fry it till it become light brown.Now add the idli pieces and saute it for five minutes.
- Now add all the sauces and fry it for some more time.Serve it hot.
