- Clean, wash and skin the chicken. Cut the chicken into 12-14 pieces.
- Saute onions, red chillies, ginger garlic paste. Add Turmeric powder and saute again. Grind these ingredients to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry this paste till it starts separating from the sides of kadai.
