This dish is easy to prepare and is less spicy .
- Marinate Chicken with curd, salt and 2 tablespoons of black pepper powder and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Make a paste of onion, green chilly. Now heat the vegetable oil in the oven over medium heat and add cloves, red chilies and green pepper ( coarsely crushed) till the red chilies become reddish black.
- Then add onion and green chilly paste, salt, coriander powder and heat it for 5 minutes in medium heat and then add ginger and garlic paste and heat it for 5-7 minutes till it becomes light yellow in color.
- Now add marinated chicken and mix it properly.
- Cover and Cook it on low steam for 15 minutes.
- Now serve it hot with fried rice.
