Chicken Rezala is a traditional East Indian dish especially prepared for special occasions. Chunks of chicken cooked in a creamy white yogurt.
- First marinate the chicken with salt, a little bit of white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, onion paste and rest for 2 to 3 hours.
