Description

South Indian chicken pulavo is very Delicious recipe, made with chicken and basmati rice. Though it is time taking process the end result is worth it.Marinate Chicken pieces with yogurt , 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, garam masala pwd. Keep aside for 1 hour. In pan add oil, add onions sliced fry little add whole garam masala i.e corainder seeds, fennel seeds, black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay leaf fry till onions are golden then add remaining 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Now fry onions till brown and well done add chicken marinated and fry for 10 min till chicken is almost done. Then add water in chicken and let it cook for while let the water boil after 5 mins add rice into the water. First cook on medium flame for 10 mins covered . Then cook the rice on low flame for 15 mins and keep on dum for 5 min. Rice is done and the chicken will be cooked well. Serve hot with raita.
