- In a mixer grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies together.
- In a pan with 1 tbsp oil add bay leaves and whole garam masala. Cut onions and add it to fry it turn slightly brown. Add tomatoes and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the above green masala paste and fry till u get the aroma of these masala.Add remaining spices now.Add chicken liver to it and fry it in masala for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and let it cook on medium flame till liver is soft and cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
