- In a hot boiling water add cardamom, cloves, salt, turmeric powder, pieces of chicken and cook it till 80%.
- Gravy: In another hot pan add clarified butter, finely chopped garlic, onion paste, salt and saute it.
- In a small bowl add ginger powder, fennel seed powder, chili powder, hing, cumin powder, coriander powder mix all these masalas with water.
- Now add the masala into the pan and cook it till the oil oozes out.
- Keep it in a slow flame add beaten yogurt mix it and increase the flame.
- Cook till the all moisture is gone and oil oozes out.
- Now add brown onion paste and cook it for few minutes.
- In this add salt, boiled chicken pieces in it and add chicken stock.
- Cover it with a lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add chopped coriander leaves, saffron water and serve it hot hot.
Garnish with ginger julians and serve with rice.
