This tasty chicken fry is commonly prepared at South Indian homes with simple flavors and taste. This always been a hit amongst every age group to serve as an evening snack, especially for your little family members.
- Clean chicken with warm water and cut it into small pieces.
- Chop Onions and cut green chili in lengthwise.
- Now add oil to a nonstick pan and let it heat. Add chicken and let it fry for 4-5 minutes. Cover the pan with its lid.
- Now add salt and turmeric and again close the lid and let it fry for 3 minutes. After that add onions and green chilies and let it fry for 3 minutes
- Now add ginger garlic paste, mix well and fry till water get drain.
- Then add red chilli powder according to your taste and mix well.
- Now add garam masala, coriander powder and mix well. Let it dry for 2minutes on low flame. Off the stove and add coriander and mint leaves and squeeze half a lemon.
Tasty chicken fry is ready. You can have this with rasam and rice.
