Description
Its a delicious dish and also good snack for children in the evenings or even can have as a good starter in parties.Prepare well all the ingradients. First start up with the stuff to have as filling in the rolls. For this, first have pan on stove, put it on, then put 3-4 tbsp of oil, then after heating up the oil, fry onions and when they turn into light brown , add up green chillies, chopped ginger-garlic, let them fry till they loose the raw taste, then add up salt, n then add boiled chicken, then add up garam masala, soyasauce n veniger. Let the whole mixture get cooked properly for about 5-6min after that put up the coriander leaf when it is ready to remove. See that you dont place the lid on the top of the container as it is filling that is been prepared we must be careful to avoid any type of moisture. when this whole process is going on, simultaneously, prepare the mixture of beaten eggs with pinch of salt. now place the filing in one separate plate aside. Now, take the bread slices, dip the sides of the breads little bit in water and press the whole bread carefully so that u squeeze out the water and the bread turns into soft , turnable , thin slice. now put some amount of filling and then roll the bread dip this roll in the beaten mixture and then to have crsypy nature and better bonding , roll this dipped roll in bread crumb powder. This way, prepare all the rolls and then pour oil into the pan such that whole roll gets sink into the oil to get it fried. After the oil gets heated up, put the rolls into the oil n let them turn into light brownish colour and then remove them into the serving plate and garnish it with corainder leaves and some onions as per the wish n serve with ketch-up or green-chili sauce.
