A variety curry with cauliflower and egg
In a pan heat oil, now add the jeera and the mustard seed. When they start sputtering add the onions and green chillis. Cook the onion till transleucent, now add the cauliflower and salt and cover the pan ad cook on a low flame for 2-3 min. Once the cauliflower is soft add the eggs and cover the pan. Turn the curry a few times, and cook till the eggs are done(3-4min). Serve hot with rice or roti.
