This is a very simple and least time consuming recepie which surely turns out to be quite tasty. It is more of a dry chicken and not a curry dish.1) wash the chicken throughly. 2) Place it in a pan and marinate with ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, 1 cup of yougurt (out of 1 1/2 cup) salt, black pepper and leave for about 2 hours at least at room temperature. 3) After the marination time is over, in a karahi or a non stick pan, put the ghee/oil and add the marinated chicken into the pan. cover it and leave it to cook on a low heat. 4) Keep checking and stirring it from time to time till the chicken is cooked. 5) When the chicken is cooked, blend the left over half cup of yogurt and the cashewnuts in a blender. Blend should be very fine and smooth. 6) Add this paste into the chicken while still on the low flame. Stir well and leave for 2-3 minutes. 7)The gravy will start getting thick. Turn off the flame when you have reached your desired consistency.
