- Take coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain put all three ingredients in a pistol and make it into coarse powder, transfer this into a bowl.
- In this Add turmeric powder, chili powder, pinch of soda, besan flour, urad dal powder, rice flour powder, salt, chopped coriander, mint and curry leaves, 2 tablespoon of oil mix it like a shortcrust method.
