- Fry besan flourwithout oil till the raw smell is gone.
- Make sugar syrup with sugar and little water.
- Once it reached one string consistency put carrot paste first and using a strainer put fried besan little by little( this will avoid forming of lumps). Stir continuously.
- By the same time melt the ghee. While it started thickening pour 2(1/2) cup ghee little by little. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy. Off the stove and pour the remaining ghee and stir very well for few minutes till almost all the poured ghee absorbed by the mixture.
- Also put a pinch of cooking soda( it will help to cut the mysore pak neatly).
- Spread out on a greased plate and after a few minutes cut it neatly. Very tasty carrot mysore pak is ready now.
