Description

it can be used as raita when its madeless spicy and also as a side dish for akki rotti when more spice is added1. Apply oil round the brinjal ad burn it on a stove in medim/ sim flame holding the stem in ur hand 2. burn the brinjal till the skin peels cracking and u smell it slightly burnt. 3. remove the brinjal from flame, peel the skin off and mash it , but not very fine leave few small pieces to be there. 4. Add finely chopped onion tomato, corriander 5 mix well, now add salt to taste, chat masala powder and mix well 6. beat the yoghurt well and mix it to the above said.
