Description

best as a starter. rich in energy goes well with wheat breadsFirst wash the broccoli in running water upside down. Cut the florets.Take a deep bottom pan ,put half a tsp of butter , mealt it. add chopped onions and jeera and garlic and saute till the raw smell is gone.Add broccoli pieces and pour water just to cover the broccoli pieces , cover and boil for 7 to 10 minutes. allow it to cool. filter and preseve the water content. put the filtered contents into food processor or mixer and grind it into a smooth paste. heat the same pan now pour the mixture and stained water and allow it to boil for 1 min. now add 1 cup of milk and simmer the heat and let it stay there for 5 min. slow heat is enough for the milk to blend with the rest. after 5 min add required salt and pepper and serve hot.How to make the tasty recipe procedure as follows: First wash the broccoli in running water upside down.
