I think all knew hw to make rice flour..... if no i will tell u wash the rice and dry it in shade and after drying make it into powder using a blender. we can store it for more than 6months. now lets start the procedure, first peel the skin of the bottle gourd then peel the whole bottle gourd as a thurumu ( usually we do it for making halwas. eg. for carrot halwa) then mean while u soak chana dal for 10mins and the blend green chillies, cumic seeds, garlic, and salt without adding water then add it to bottle gourd then add cariander to it then add chanadal to it then start adding the rice flour spoon by spoon to it till the dough is gud to make vadas. then put on stove the oil enough for deep fry and wait till it becomes heat the add those vadas one by one and fry till its get light brown colour. now take them out to a serving plate and ur receipe is ready to eat
