1. First boil the potatoes and then mashed finely. 2. In mashed potatoes add corn flour and salt. 3. In a pan take one tsp of oil, add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, green peas and salt, fry for one minute. 4. In a bowl make a paste of all purpose flour with water. 5. Take sev ( besan sev) in a plate. 6. Now make a small dumpling of potato, in it add fried peas and give a cutlet shape to it. 7. Dip this cutlet in to batter of all purpose flour. 8. Then cover this cutlet with sev , cutlet should be totally covered by sev. 9. Now deep fry this cutlet on medium flame, till it becomes golden brown. 9. Make such cutlets of all the mashed potatoes and then fry. 10.
