Description
This is an awesome recipe my mother-in-law taught me...very famous in repalle area...1.First wash rice and add turmeric powder ,jeera and garlic pods and keep aside for 15-20 mins. 2.now take a pan add coriander seeds,dalchini chekka (cinamon stick),cloves, redmirchi and elaichi. 3.fry them until they turn red (it just takes 3-4 mins) now switch off the stove and grind them in fine powder. 4.no take a pan add the ghee and then add small chekka, curry leaves,cloves and fry them now add the rice and mix well now pour water and add salt to it.. 5.let it boil 6.when the rice is half done put the powder in to it and mix the rice. 7.put the lid and let the rice cook. 8.serve it with chicken curry(for nonvegeterians) and tamarind chutney( for veg) tastes better with tamarind chutney. Tamarind chutney: tamarind--1ball red mirchi--4-5 jeera--1-2 tbsp coriander seeds-2-3tbsp salt-to taste jaggery-1 peice garlic pods--6-7. 1.take tamarind and put in water for sometime. 2. now take redmirchi,jeera,coriander seeds salt and tamarind and grind it in a mixie. 3.when it is half done to paste add jaggery amp;garlic pods and grind till it becomes paste. 4.chutney is ready. serve it with bhiranji and enjoy...

- → elaichi 3-4 Numbers.
- → red mirchi 4-5 Numbers.
- → cloves 2-3 Numbers.
