Besan barfi or Besan ki barfi is a barfi sweet from Northern India and Pakistan. It is prepared for marriages and festive occasions. This is topped with rich dried fruit and flavoured with cardamom powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chickpea flour, saute it nicely and cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame until ghee oozes out and slightly lump formed.
