Description

Its a kind of banana bread/banana cake ..Great for breakfast or snack.Mix dry ingredients together properly or if possible seft it together. Preheat the oven at 350 deg F keep eggs and butter in room temperature preferably for 30 min to 1hr. Mix the butter and sugar together with a beater or with a spatula then to it add beaten eggs and mix properly,then add the dry ingredients which have already been sifted,mix it properly and get rid of all lumps.Then add The banana essence and mix properly and at last add the mashed bananas and chopped walnuts and mix.. Put this mixture in a greased loaf pan and put it in the oven for 50-60 min keep an eye and check after 45 min.. Once it is almost ready you will get the wonderful aroma ...don#39;t keep opening the oven frequently and checking as it will lose heat and take longer to cook and the bread will not be moist..Once it is browned check if it is done ..insert a knife or a wodden skewer and see if it comes out clean.. IMP--And let it rest and cool for 10-15 min before removing it from the loaf pan
