Description

Banana bread is a moist and delicious classic banana bread recipe. Easy to make with loads of banana flavor, no need for a mixer. For this cake you can also use overripe fruit.

1. Take a pan and add banana, brown sugar and mash it with potato masher. 2. Then add oil, coconut oil, vanilla essence and mix thoroughly. 3. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and take a seaver and seave it in the banana mixture bowl. 4. Then mix thoroughly and place it in the bread mould and arrange it. 5. Then bake it in micro oven at 180 degree centigrade for 40 -45 mins. 6. Then cut into slices and can be stored for 1 week. 7. Now the banana bread is ready to serve with coffee.
