Description

i did a breakfast dish which became my family favorite.It is a typical south indan cuisine.It is really a healthy dish made with poha.Very low in fat and extremely good for our health. 1.Powder the POHA Coarsly. 2.Take a kadai ,add oil and let it heat up 3.Now add mustard seeds and let it crackle. 4.Now add Chenna dal,Urad Dal,Cumin seeds ,Hing and fry for 1 min or so.till the dals are done. 5.Add Whole red chilli and Curry leaves. 6.Then add water and salt and let it come to a boil. 7.Now add grated coconut and powdered poha and stir continuosly so that no lumps are formed. 8.Add gram flour and stir continuosly in simmer for about 5 min. 9.Now transfer in another one bowl and let it cool. 10.Appply oil to your hands and make small balls and keep aside. 11.Now steam this in idli cooker for about 7 min or so. 12.Transfer it in to hot case. 13.Serve Hot .
