Its similar like Beerakai with milk but additional spicy taste
- Add oil and do the tadka in a flat pan.
- Add chopped onion and chilli. dont fry till dark brown .
- Add salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder, ginger garlic paste.just fry them for half a minute.
- Add little milk and keep on turning it as if left it forms crumps.
- Add home made masala powder to the milk, fresh curry leaves and when the milk turns a bit think we can add eggs to it.
- But the key point here is what ever required like salt or chilli powder extra needed we need to add it only now.
- Now just break the egg one nest to other in the pan(remember pan to be flat and dont scramble then just leave them like bulls eye omlette).
- Dont disturb them like in a bulls eye omlette. Keep the lid on so that the york cooks properly.
- Put some celantro on each egg. Carefully turn the egg if u feel like it needs to be cooked the other side too.
- Care should be taken that the whole dish is cooked on mediumflame as it is authentic currry with milk.
- Care should be taken to place this curry in a flat dish to that each egg is next to other and curry powderd on it. This needs to be taken hot usually cooked for dinners.
