Description

These Indian inspired aloo gobi wraps are a homemade vegan tribute to street food. Filling, spicy, and absolutely delicious!

  1. first of all peal potatos and cut patatoes and tomatoes in half inch slices n keep aside.
  2. Now heat a frying pan and put oil in it, when oil gets hot add kaloongi, after few seconds add potatoes and cover the pan n cook potatoes on low flame (occasionaly stir potaoes so that they dont get stuck at the bottom) When potatoes are half cooked
  3. add red chilli, salt and tomatoes, mix well and again cover the pan and cook till the water of tomaoes is dried and oil seperates.
  4. garnish as desired and enjoy with parathas or naans
