These Indian inspired aloo gobi wraps are a homemade vegan tribute to street food. Filling, spicy, and absolutely delicious!
- first of all peal potatos and cut patatoes and tomatoes in half inch slices n keep aside.
- Now heat a frying pan and put oil in it, when oil gets hot add kaloongi, after few seconds add potatoes and cover the pan n cook potatoes on low flame (occasionaly stir potaoes so that they dont get stuck at the bottom)
When potatoes are half cooked
- add red chilli, salt and tomatoes, mix well and again cover the pan and cook till the water of tomaoes is dried and oil seperates.
- garnish as desired and enjoy with parathas or naans
