This is a snack recipe. It is thick dosa with raw mango mixture stuffing.
- Soak the rice for 1 to 2 hours and strain the water, then transfer it into a mixie jar and add asafoetida, 1 spring curry leaves, salt to make the smooth, thick paste.
- Transfer it into the bowl and add onions, spring onions, red chili flakes and mix it nicely.
- Take the mixie jar and add fresh coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies to blend to a fine paste.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and add 1 spring curry leaves, long slices of raw mango, turmeric powder, above paste and saute it.
- Heat the dosa pan and place the small dumpling of the batter and spread it with hands like the dosa, place the lid and cook it on both side using little oil.
- Now place the above cooked mango mixture on one side of dosa and fold the other half of dosa.
Now the adai stuffed with avail is ready to serve.
