Ingredients used in whole chicken roast
• Olive oil - 4tbsp tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 2tsp tablespoons.
• Wholegrain mustard (grounded mustard) - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Whole chicken (skin on) - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Garlic - paste small.

wash the chicken (skin on) mix all the ingredients make a thick paste if the paste is not thick add more soy sauce adjust salt preheat the oven at 180 make small incisions in the chicken spread the thick paste on the chicken put a grilling grid on the tray and put the chicken breast facing up spread the paste on the chicken in between 15 mnts after half an hour turn the chicken to the other side and spread the paste over the chicken (if needed make more paste for the spread)
