Ingredients used in Vegetable Jalfreezi
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Garlic - 5-6 piece.
• Carrot - 1 piece.
• French beans - 4 piece.
• Mushrooms - 5 piece.
• Cauliflower - 1 small.
• Paneer - 150 grams.
• Onion - 3 large.
• Capsicum green - 1 large.
• Potato - 2 large.
• Tomatoes - 3 large.
• Hot & sweet chilli sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
1. Cut all the vegetables in large cubes. other than tomatoes. 2. Pureey the tomatoes. 3. Fry all the vegetables seperately. (potatoes, then capsicum etc} 4. After all the vegatables are fried and kept aside. Heat little oil in pan and add thickly crushed garlic, without the garlic changing colour ass the tomato paste and hot amp; sweet chilli sauce. (Can add regular tomato sauce) 5. Cook the paste on high heat till the mixture leaves oil. 6. Add the vegetables in the mixture and add salt cook for 5-6 mins. 7. Garnish with spring onions.
