Description

Excellent starter made with boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables...1. Boil potatoes nicely and remove them from water quickly, as potatoes can absorb water and then grate them. 2. Boil mashed vegetables and remove all water from it. 3. Heat oil in pan { Don#39;t use more oil} then add cumin seeds {you can add any temperings you want like mustard seeds} 4. Then add broken cahewnuts,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,chopped coriander,red chilli powder,coriander powder and then chopped and boiled mixed vegetables and salt. 5. Cook mixture properly and mixture should be dry. 6. Mix above dry mixture with boiled and grated potatoes. 7. Finally add lime juice to mixture. 8.Allways its better to taste the mixture before frying it. 9.Make balls out of above mixture and press them and give them shape as you want. 10. Make little thick paste with all purpose flour and water or you can use egg wash.To make egg wash- Beat one egg and little water to it [to make it thin]. 11. Dip cutlets in paste or egg wash and then roll iyt into bread crumps. 12. Deep fry all cutlets. !3.To make vegetable burger - Make big round cutlet and deep fry it.Take one bun and divide it into half..on first half keep lettuce, tomato {whatever you want} and place cutlet and you can add tomato sauce or mayonaisse.Keep next half bun on it.
