Ingredients used in Til ki Chutney
• Sesame seeds - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Tamarind - 5 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat a pan add 1 cup of sesame seeds and dry roast let it cool down.
  • In a blender add roasted sesame seeds, garlic cloves, tamarind pieces, cumin seeds, green chilli, salt make it into a paste by adding required water.
  • Before serve this chutney by adding chopped onions.

Serve this with Dosa,Chapati or Rice.
