Sweet chili garlic sauce is an integral part of every diet. but we are not going to cook it so we cant store it for a long time use it as a dipping sauce for Asian flavoured appetizers or egg rolls, or add a couple of tablespoons of the gooey goodness on breaded chicken bits and vegetables to make a delicious stirfry dish.

Ingredients used in SWEET CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE IN OIL
• Tomato ketchup - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Chilly paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - 100 ml.
• Vinegar - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Jaggery - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and switch off the flame. In a bowl add chopped garlic, sugar, chilly paste, tomato ketchup, vinegar, jaggery, mix this till sugar jaggery is nicely dissolved. Add the mixture to hot oil and mix it, do not serve this sauce with fried foods to be served with steamed foods.
