Ingredients used in Street Food Biryani Fried Rice Method
• Eggs - 6 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chilies (slited) - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (sliced) - 3 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice (boil) - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
First boil the rice and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onion slices and salt and cook this till slightly golden in colour. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, chopped mint leaves, coriander powder, garam masala powder. To it, even add yogurt, mix it well. In the same pan, add salt, boiled eggs, lime juice and boiled rice, chopped coriander leaves, toss it and steam cook with closed lid for about 2 minutes, then switch off the flame.
