How to prepare Stir Fry Fish in Hoisin Sauce:
- Fish - 250 g
- Salt - to taste
- Corn flour - 2 tb
- Egg - 1 no
- Oil - for deep frying
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
- Bell pepper (red, green) - 1 no
- Onions - 1 no
- Chilly paste - 1 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce - 1 tbsp
- Spring onions - 2 tbsp
- Zucchini - 1 no
- Take a bowl adds corn flour, salt, egg, add pieces of fish and coat the fish pieces well.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the coated fish pieces until they get slightly golden in colour and keep aside.
- In the same oil add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, zucchini, bell pepper, onions, chilli paste and toss the vegetables.
- Add little water, Hoisin sauce, and mix well.
- Add fried fish, salt, spring onions, and toss them.
