SPROUTS AND OATS TIKKIS

Ingredients used in SPROUTS AND OATS TIKKIS
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Sprouts - 1 cup.
• Peanuts - 1/4 cup.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Soak the sprouts and peanuts overnight and boil it by adding salt.Put all the boiled sprouts in a blender and make it into a powder.
  • Transfer this into a bowl and add oats, chopped garlic, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chopped onions, salt, mix it like a dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them like a tikkis.
  • Heat tawa and place the tikis and pour some oil and cook this on both side till it gets golden color. Serve them with tomato ketchup.
