SPINACH PASTA

Ingredients used in SPINACH PASTA
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Walnuts - 5 numbers.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1-1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Spaghetti - 200 grams.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, salt, spaghetti and cook it.
  • Take a mixie jar and add coriander leaves, blanched spinach, walnuts, 1 teaspoon garlic, green chillies, salt, little olive oil and blend into a smooth green paste.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and add half teaspoon garlic, green paste, boiled spaghetti mix nicely and saute it so that mixture coats to spaghetti.

Now transfer into a serving plate and serve it.
