1. With the help of a fork, punch the chicken wings. Add little salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, lemon juice & rind, mix all of this, and spread it on the chicken wings.
2. In a plate, place the marinated chicken wings and put it in the refrigerator (1 to 2 hours) preferably over night.
3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken wings till crispy and brown. Remove and keep aside.
4. In the pan, put a tablespoon of oil and add chopped spring onions, coriander leaves, Soya sauce, vinegar, honey and sauté well. Add in the fried chicken wings and toss well.
