Ingredients used in SHAHI BHARWAN PARWAL
• Parwal (chhir kar bich si ek side katkar guda nikale hue) - 300 grams.
• Onion patli kati - 2 large.
• Hari mirch bich se kati hui lambai me - 4 numbers.
• Lasun ki kali - 6 piece.
• Bhuni til - 2 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 2 teaspoons.
• Bharawan – kisa hua paneer - 1 cup.
• Lal mirch powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Pani me bhigi kishmish - 2 tablespoons.
• Haldi - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Saunf powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Parwal ka guda jo parwal se nikala tha - .
• Salt swadanuar - .
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
SHAHI BHARWAN PARWAL Method - chhile hue parwl ko namak mile boiled pani me 4-5 min tak ubale aur bahar nikal len. Aab bharawan ki sbi samagri ko eksath mix Karen.parwal thande ho jane par y bharwan sambhar kar parwal me bhar den.Non stick pan me 2tsp oil garm Karen ,isme jira kati hari mirch,kati onion,kati lahsun fry Karen ,thoda namk aur haldi bhi dalen.fry hone par dhire se bharen parwal pan me dalen ,sath me thoda pani dalkr lid se dhank de.5min bad chalayen,phir dhank den.parwal pakne tak pakayen.last me dhakkan hata kar pani sukhayen.hari dhaniya dalkar serve Karen paratho k sath. .
