Ingredients used in roasted chicken
• Tomato sauce - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Chicken masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Oil - 5 teaspoons.
• Already boiled chieken flesh - 500 grams.
• Lemon juice - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste(optional) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
spread the chicken flesh like slices by hand (its like removing skin ).oil,onion,fry it untill golden color,put tomato(smash tomato by hand),fry it untill it becomes dry,salt,c.powder,chicken powder,garam masala powder,fry it well put chicken flesh,deep fry chicken should coated with that masala,chicken teurns very crispy,last lemon juice,at last put coriander leave and for ketchup tomato... if we want add one egg atlast....(optional- if anybody want to use g.g paste,use in the middle before the chicken) .... if want the chicken little bit juicy add curd,lemon juice,soya sauce,chilly powder,salt in the chicken.before adding this use the knife to dinchith then only the juice will go inside the chicken...keep in fridge for 30mins
