In a pan add oil, add mustard, urud dal, channa dal,broken cashewnuts, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, curry leaves. 3. mix all the pan ingredience immediately from the fire to the rava (suji) 4. Heat the idly cooker with 2 cups of water, apply oil in the idly plates, spread the carrot (scarpped) on the idly plates. 5. Take two cups of the rava mixture separately and mix with beaten curd. mix well. the consistancy should be like normal idly flour. 6.
