Ingredients used in Ragi Appamu
• Jaggery - half cup.
• Ragi flour - 1 cup.
• Cardamon powder - half tea spoon.
• Water - as.
• Oil - as.
Method:
  • First take Ragi flour in a bowl,add jaggery and cardamom powder.pour some little bit water and mix make a dough .
  • Make a small balls and press like a round shape with your palms.
  • heat oil and dip these ragi appamu.
  • keep oil in a medium heat.

the instruction is not clear. Please make clear how to make it. Has the balls to be fried in the oil
